• Driver efficiency varies significantly: Olga averages 514 lbs/donation while Kevin averages 139 lbs/donation. This may indicate different route types or donor relationships. These numbers are also misleading as Peter was having difficulty entering his numbers. Some of Olag's numbers may have actually been Peter's numbers. We are working to get accurate driver numbers moving forward.
• Packaged foods dominate at 75% of donations, with produce at 22%. Consider strategies to increase fresh produce donations for nutritional diversity. This number is misleading since our drivers had been tracking produce in packages as packaged food. We will be adding new categories to more accurately reflect our donation types.
